Develop Kit based on Intel Meteor Lake, integrating powerful CPU/GPU/NPI inside at 28W TDP, fit for all kinds of edge embedded applications, including batter powered solutions. Also extend for edge AI applications.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 125H supports 4 Performance-cores, 8 Efficient-cores and 2 Low power efficient-cores at total 18 Threads, integrating Intel Arc graphics with 7 Xe-cores and additional AI focused NPU. All these consolidated into SoC at nominal 28W TDP. By combination of maximum 96GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory, that deliver highest performance for edge applications.
Rich I/O for further expansion, including 1x DP, 1x PCIe Gen4x8, 1x PCIe Gen4x4, multiple PCIe Gen3x1, 4x USB 3.x, 2x USB 2.0, 2x SATA, 1x 2.5GbE LAN, 4x COM port and 8x GPIO, SMBUs, I2C at headers. Additional 2x USB4 by specific design will coming soon.
HOW IT WORKS
Meteor Lake COM Express Type 6 consists of a simple carrier paired with a COM-Express module (Computer-on-Module based on PICMG COM.0 R3.1 specification) and give higher flexibility based on building block concept.
The module feature Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 125H, with Intel Arc Xe graphics and NPU integrated. By combining the reference heatsink with active fan and carrier board within, along with a self-prepared DDR5 SO-DIMM memory, customer can prototype and verify their application ideas.
Modules are specifically designed for edge industrial embedded applications that require long life, high MTBF, and strict revision control.
