Install Python and OpenCV in Ubuntu 18.04

  Hello, I didn't find a post that explains how to install Python and OpenCV, but it's mentioned in one of the videos. Does it exist a document or related information about it?

  Usually there are diffrent ways to install, but px30 suppoets only opencv 3.2.0 version.
