Good news, it takes 2 minutes to fix this, as it is a simple BIOS setting that got overseen.
To optimize please enter the BIOS
Go to the "advanced" tab
Change the "Intel (r) Speed Shift Technology" to "disabled"
Save & exit
Now your LAN speeds are up to date
